I had the pleasure of being a guest reader at the Furever Family Fest, sponsored by the Animal Care Shelter located in Chestertown, MD. I read the book Can I Be Your Dog? by Troy Cummings aloud. Children could choose between listening to a story or coloring (or both!). A good time was had by all.
